Shopping Service

Orders at STYLEICÔNE are completed quickly and easily. Deliveries, however, require expenditure of time, environmental impact and costs. We therefore ask you to reflect well on measurements and clothing sizes to avoid needless returns. Please try to abstain from multiple orders for testing reasons. Our experienced service team will advise you in detail instead, to find the right product for you. We are sure we can satisfy you with our personal advice and thus relieve environmental impact and resources. Ordering Online

To place an order successfully at Styleicone.com, just take the following instructions. Choose your desired size and click the black button “ADD TO CARD”. If you wish to purchase the selected item later on, then click the Button "ADD TO WISHLIST". When you are ready to buy the item, click on the sign “Shopping Bag” on the right top of the page and follow the instructions in the "CHECKOUT" process. Inside your "Shopping Cart", you have the chance to redeem a gift voucher. Each voucher is available for one order and is applied to the sum of the articles on your shopping card. Exclusive coupons codes are promoted in our newsletter. After proceeding by clicking on "CHECKOUT", you have the chance to register to a customer account for a quicker checkout process on future orders. You can also proceed without registering by choosing the option "Als Gast zur Kasse" ("guest order"). Now, you have to fill in your address and choose you favoured billing options. After controlling your data, you can place your binding order by clicking the button "KAUFEN" ("Buy"). We will send you a confirmation-mail to the given e-mail-address with all ordering details. When you want to use your company address for delivery, the customer's name may not be missing, because packets can be delivered incorrectly otherwise. We are not liable for lost packages when incomplete address details are given. Please pay attention to our terms and conditions concerning the conclusion of contract (§ 3).

Our webshop Styleicone.com carries the seal of approval EHI Certified Online Shop. To obtain this seal, we are regularly reviewed by the EHI Retail Institute GmbH for compliance with the criteria of the EHI Code of Conduct.

Ordering by phone

In exceptional cases, we accept telephone orders. But we only can take orders by phone with “payment in advance” (“Vorkasse”) or with “cash on delivery” (“Nachnahme”, only within Germany). Other payment options are not possible because we cannot take any sensitive data (like PIN or bank account numbers) on the telephone. However, you need a valid e-mail address for your order to receive our order- and shipping confirmation.

Products without size

Due to simultaneous clicking, certain products can be sold although being online or being listed in search engines. If you have ordered a sold out article, we will inform you immediately via e-mail and will refund already performed payments.

Payment options

At the moment, following payment options are available at Styleicone.com: Credit Card, PayPal, AmazonPayments, Cash on Delivery, Payment in Advance and immediate bank transfer (“Sofortüberweisung“). Due to technical reasons, debit of account currently is not available. For detailed information about payments and transactions, please go to § 8 Payment at our terms & conditions. There is a minimum order value of €25,00 for all orders.

Delivery costs & shipping time

STYLEICÔNE is delivering worldwide. The dispatch is operated by our partner company DHL. Please take the shipping information from the following table.

*International delivery: To the non-EU countries we deliver VAT-free. Incurring taxes and duties are to be paid by the customer. Shipping, fees, taxes and duties can not be refunded by Styleciône.

For payments via “Cash on Delivery“ (only possible within Germany for orders up to €200,00) an additional delivery fee of €4,00 is to be paid to the DHL-Courier. Furthermore, Cash on Delivery is not possible if shipping address and billing address do not correspond (eg. for gift parcels). The extra fee cannot be refunded for returning items.

Shipping to Switzerland

Shipping costs to Switzerland are € 25,21. For orders from Switzerland, we do not charge German value added tax (VAT) of %19. Instead, the Swiss VAT and customs duties have to be to paid to the delivery service by the customer. Please note that we cannot refund external customs and handling costs for returning goods. These have to be demanded at the responsible local authority. Shipping and return costs have to be paid by the customer and cannot be refunded. Arising banking fees for international transfers have to be taken by the customer and will not be refunded.

Delivery tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will get an e-mail-delivery-confirmation with your DHL-delivery-number. With this number you can track the status of your package at the DHL tracking site. Please take into account that it can take up to 24 hours until you get the initial information of your package status, as the upgrade of the website occurs with a short delay. Please also note, that we have no influence on the duration of the delivery process. As long as there is an online tracking status available, there is no reason to worry yet.

Returns processing

Our return policy is following legal regulations of the right of cancellation. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days after receiving your parcel delivery without giving any reason in written form.

There are two options how to conduct your cancellation right:

1. Just fill in the enclosed withdrawal form (Widerrufsformular – Retourenschein) and send the document back with you return parcel directly to our returns department within 14 days after receipt.

2. Send us a written e-mail, telefax or letter with the information of our standard withdrawal form within 14 days after receipt. After receiving your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the ordered products.

Return costs & refunding

For timely returns from within Germany, Styleicône will refund the purchase price of the returned products, minus the return costs, back to the payment account used by the customer. The return costs correspond to the standard german delivery costs of € 5,90. Additional charges beyond standard shipping delivery and fees (by express delivery, cash on delivery fees, customs, etc.) cannot be refunded. Incoming foreign banking- or handling charges shall be borne by the customer and will not be refunded by us, as well. Please note that depending on our processing volume, 10-14 days may pass between receipt of your return and refunding.

Within Germany please use the enclosed DHL-sticker (already paid) to send your package directly back to us. Unpaid shipments are not accepted without prior written approval. The return parcel has to be equipped with sufficient postage or our DHL-sticker. Please note that foreign deliveries are not supplied with an DHL-returns-sticker and the customer has to take full delivery costs.

Exchange processing is free of charge within Germany if the returned article is available in the desired size. Changing of different models or items with different prices is not possible because of systemic reasons. In these cases, your return will be processed as a cancellation and we will refund the purchase price of the ordered product minus the returning costs. In case of second returns of already exchanged items, reshipping and return costs have to be taken by the customer.

Exclusion of returns

In sense of sparing of time, resources and costs, we ask you respectfully to regard the details about size and fit in our item descriptions as well as the size chart in order to get a matching item and to avoid returns of goods. Our experienced service team is going to give advices to sizes and fits if you are not sure what size you want to order. We can take extra measures of the article for you with pleasure.

In addition to the withdrawal period of 14 days, please make sure to return your order in the same condition as delivered in original packaging. All ordered goods are delivered by us with one-time-sealed reimbursement labels. Clothes hangers, original boxes, attachments and packaging materials including plastic bags belong to the product range and are not allowed to be retained. If an item was used, washed, carried, damaged or its reimbursement label is no longer fixed or is damaged, or any attachment of the product is missing, were not obliged to refund the full purchase price. Please note that multiple items of one order have to be returned in one delivery.

We are very glad, if you would describe a precise reason for return in the enclosed return form (eg. sized bigger/less; colour/shape not ready etc.). This helps us a lot to improve our product descriptions and our service for you.

Gift cards

At Styleicône, you can purchase gift vouchers worth 25, 50 and €100. We will send you or the recipient directly the desired coupon card to the specified delivery address. Please note that each voucher can be redeemed only once per order. A cash refunding of the balance is not possible. For shipping within Germany €1.00 postage will be charged in the checkout process.

Complaints

Should a wrong item be delivered or show a defect within the warranty period, you can claim the product. Please let us know this in writing (via e-mail) possibly by attaching corresponding photos. We will review your complaint and answer you shortly after to discuss further steps. Already reduced products may possibly show certain degrees of signs of use. Typical signs of use that are unavoidable and do not negatively influence the use, benefits, function or lifetime of the product cannot be reclaimed for exchanges. In cases of possible manufacturing defects, we will forward your complaint on to the manufacturers, but we are committed to the their judgment. If a defect of the product is accepted, the product is to be repaired or possibly replaced by a new model. If a substitution or correction is not possible, we will refund you the ordering costs including article price and all shipping costs. If there were other items without defects among the original order, that were not returned, we do not have to refund the original delivery costs.

To register, you need a password of at least 5 characters. Your password should contain special characters and numbers. The string should not be the same as your username. Simple patterns (eg. aaaaaaaaa, 12345678) should be avoided. The input method as well as the storage of your data is encrypted.

Password forgotten

If you have forgotten the password of your customer account, then simply click the button "forgot password" in the application field. Enter your e-mail address and you will automatically receive a link where you can create a new password for your user account at Styleicone.com.

Newsletter/coupon codes

You can sign up for our weekly newsletter by entering your e-mail address in the field „newsletter sign up“ or using this sign-up form. You will then receive a confirmation message to finalize your registration. By clicking the link at the bottom of every newsletter, you will unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time. You can also send us an e-mail message to unsubscribe. After your subscription on our homepage you will receive a discount code worth €10. The code can be used once per customer and can not be combined with other discount codes. Already reduced items as well as gift vouchers are currently excluded. We do not bear liability for technical errors in redeeming the codes. Cash refunding or belated reimbursement of discount rebates outside of campaign periods are not possible.
